Returns Information

► Products Under Guarantee
 
Please report to us the nature of the fault in full and we will make arrangements to either remedy the issue on site or advise further action to be taken. If the fault is due to the manufacturer and the item is under warranty then we will arrange an exchange.
 
► Products Not Under Warranty
 
Please report to us the nature of the fault and we will advise you on the best course of action. This may require on site repair. There would be a charge for this service. The cost of this would be advised at the time of enquiry.
 
► Unwanted Goods / Wrongly Ordered Products
 
If delivered goods are unwanted, you can arrange with us for our staff to collect the goods at a charge of 20% (minimum £50.00) of the item value. You can return the goods to us yourself at your own expense within 7 days. Goods taken out of the original packaging and goods assembled (by our staff or the customer) are not returnable. Bespoke orders are non returnable or refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
► Bespoke Items
 
Bespoke items (items made to order) are non-returnable and non-refundable. They will be not be accepted as a return for credit, exchange or refund, unless they are faulty or damaged.
 
► Missing Items
 
On delivery, should an item be missing (not delivered), you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery.
On assembly, should an item or part be missing, please notify us within 12 hours.
In both instances, goods/parts will be dispatched as soon as possible.`
 
► Faulty Goods
 
Any damages or faults must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We will then rectify the problem as soon as possible.
 
► EU 'Cooling Off Period'
 
By law, customers within the European Union have the right to a ‘cooling off period’ within seven working days of their purchase being delivered. This applies to goods still in their original packaging.
Goods unwrapped, and/or opened are non-returnable. You can return the goods to our warehouse at your own expense as long as they are still in their original wrapping. Goods returned by our staff will be made at a charge of 20% (minimum of £50.00).

Bespoke items are non-returnable.
 
Second hand items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
